When you put a group on our coach, this is what stands behind it
Safety isn't a page we wrote for the website. It's the reason schools, families and organisations have trusted us since 2002.
Working with Children Checks
Every driver holds a current Working with Children Check — a non-negotiable requirement for our team, and the baseline for any school or NDIS work.
Seatbelt-equipped fleet
Our coaches are fitted with seatbelts. When you book, we confirm the exact vehicle assigned to your trip and its features.
Continuous maintenance
Our fleet is maintained continuously by a dedicated team — not reactively, and not just before an inspection is due.
Accredited operator
We operate within Department of Education requirements, are an approved VLine rail replacement operator, and are members of the Bus Association Victoria and the Coach Operators Association of Australia.

Every inspection signed off by name
Servicing happens in our own workshop, to a written schedule, by our own team. Defects are recorded and closed out before a vehicle returns to service — which is the only way “continuously maintained” means anything.

Trained for the day nothing goes to plan
A Working with Children Check and a heavy-vehicle licence are the starting point, not the standard. Our drivers train in first aid and emergency response, because the rare day is the one that decides whether a group gets home safely.

Left: our roadside response unit, on call for the fleet. Right: coaches are cleaned between every trip, not at the end of the week.

Questions about our safety standards?
We're happy to talk through accreditation, driver checks and vehicle details before you book.
