Terms & Conditions

Note for the team: this reflects the existing published terms and should be reviewed by the business (and ideally a solicitor) before launch — see team_meeting item S1-009.

Quotes & pricing

  • Quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
  • All quoted prices include GST.
  • A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking. The balance is payable before travel unless alternative arrangements are approved.
  • Clients are responsible for additional charges if the itinerary changes or the booking extends beyond the scheduled time.

Cancellations

  • 10% charge if cancelled at any time after confirmation.
  • 25% charge if cancelled within 7 days of departure.
  • 50% charge if cancelled less than 3 days before departure.
  • 100% charge if cancelled on the day of travel.

Airport transfers

International and domestic airport pick-ups include 30 minutes' waiting time after landing. Additional time is charged at standby rates.

Conduct & vehicle care

  • Clients are liable for costs arising from wilful damage to the vehicle.
  • The driver may stop the vehicle and disembark passengers for unacceptable behaviour.
  • Strictly no alcohol or glass products are permitted on the vehicle at any time.
